Experienced defender Paul Arnison signed a two year deal for Bradford City FC on 18th June 2008.
Right back Arnison started his career with Newcastle United, but failed to make a first team appearance before joining home-town club Hartlepool United in 2000. In Arnison's first full season with the Pools the club reached the play-offs semi-finals, agonisingly losing on penalties to Cheltenham Town.
After three seasons at Victoria Park, Arnison moved on to North-East rivals Carlisle United.
Arnison went on to make over 100 appearances for the Cumbrians, including the first leg of Carlisle United's Play-Off semi-final with Leeds United in May 2008 before heading to the Coral Windows Stadium.
