City appoint new goalkeeper coach
Bradford City are delighted to announce the appointment of Tim Dittmer as the football club's new goalkeeper coach.
The 25 year old has arrived at the Coral Windows Stadium on a full-time basis and will be in charge of coaching City's first-team goalkeepers, Jon McLaughlin, Lloyd Saxton and Chris Elliott.
He will already be familiar with McLaughlin and Saxton after joining up with the football club on a trial basis during the recent Essex tour.
Dittmer started his career in coaching at the tender age of 19 with Premiership giants Liverpool after three years as a player in their youth set up.
He progressed through the ranks at the Merseyside club to become the Academy goalkeeper coach for the Reds.
After six years at Anfield, Dittmer left Liverpool this summer to gain further experience in coaching through other ventures, including a spell in Canada.
Dittmer has also over 250 appearances under his belt as a goalkeeper at Blue Square Conference North level.
