The Bantams can confirm that they have given Grimsby Town permission to take Luke Sharry on trial.

Sharry featured in the Mariners reserve fixture with Leeds United at Elland Road this Tuesday afternoon.

The young midfielder is also in line to start against Newcastle United reserves two days later as he looks to impress Mariners boss Neil Woods.
