In a bid to seek out first team football, Bantams winger Scott Neilson has joined Cambridge United on emergency loan for one month.
Neilson has seen himself slip down the pecking order at the Coral Windows Stadium in recent weeks and it is felt among the Bantams coaching staff that the youngster will benefit from playing regular matches out on loan.
The 22-year-old right winger signed for Bradford in August 2009 for an undisclosed fee from the U's neighbours Cambridge City, having scored 13 goals in the 2008/9 season to help the Lilywhites to a fourth place finish.
Neilson started his Bradford career with a bang when he scored on his full debut at Rochdale in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy 1st Round back in September.
The Hertfordshire local has gone on to play 27 times so far for Bradford this season, but he has recently found himself out of the the first team picture.
Neilson has been left out of the past two matchday squad's under Taylor and last featured at Accrington Stanley on 20 February.
Scott completed the necessary paperwork at Cambridge's Abbey Stadium on Thursday morning will be available for selection for the U's trip to Barrow on Saturday.
