Frost covers remain on
For a fourth day on the trot, the Valley Parade playing surface continued to be covered as the football club builds up to the Mariners visit.
The Bantams entertain Grimsby Town at the Coral Windows Stadium this Saturday and are taking no chances in the build up to the match.
The frost sheets still remain in place as the Bantams groundstaff continue to play things safe, despite the improved weather forecast.
Overnight temperatures are predicted to only just touch below freezing in the days leading up to Saturday's match with Grimsby and no more snowfall is expected either.
If the temperatures do drop to freezing levels, the Bantams will be waiting.
The frost sheets are expected to remain on the pitch until matchday just incase the temperatures become worst than predicted.
Bantams officials will continue to monitor the situation throughout the week and will look to act accordingly in the best interests of getting the match played.
