The club would like to confirm to supporters that Season Tickets will be available for collection from the Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium from Thursday 9th July onwards.

The first collection day for supporters wishing to obtain their new 2009/10 Season Ticket cards will be staggered dependant on which stand Season Ticket holders are situated in.

This is due to the nature in which the cards are being delivered to the club and to help ease congestion for supporters visiting the Ticket Office.

Bradford City Season Ticket holders will be able to pick up their 2009/10 Season Ticket cards from the following dates:

From Thursday 9th July onwards:
CO-OPERATIVE MAIN STAND, HENDRIE, PATRONS & MCCALL SUITE Season Tickets will be available for collection

From Friday 10th July onwards:
EAST STAND (Midland Road) Season Tickets will be available for collection.

From Saturday 11th July onwards:
All remaining Season Tickets will be available for collection, including CARLSBERG STAND & T.L. DALLAS STAND.

The club would also like to take this opportunity to re-iterate some of the Season Ticket guidelines that will be in place for the forthcoming 2009/10 season.

 - The Season Ticket cards are NON TRANSFERABLE and must not be used by anyone else but the card holder.

- For Season Ticket holders wishing to move from one stand to another on a match by match basis, there will be a charge of £5.00 per transaction. As per previous seasons, the temporary seat transfer must take place no later than close of business the day prior to the match.

- When concluding a temporary seat transfer, the Season Ticket holder MUST surrender their card to a staff member at the Ticket Office. The card shall remain at the Ticket Office until the completion of the fixture concerned, when it may be reclaimed by the card holder.

- If a Season Ticket holder forgets to bring their card for a fixture, they must purchase a replacement ticket from the Ticket Office at the normal match day rate. The purchased ticket will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Any Season Ticket holder who is unable to locate their card and therefore unable to use it to gain entry into the stadium, can be issued with a replacement card. The Season Ticket card will only be replaced at the cost of the initial purchase. Any Season Ticket holder who can prove their card has been taken illegally, through the product of a Police crime investigation number, shall have their card replaced for a nominal fee.

- Supporters MUST retain their card or match ticket for inspection by club stewards.

- Supporters MUST occupy the seat specified on their card or match ticket.

- Racial, homophobic or discriminatory abuse or chanting is not to be tolerated within the Coral Windows Stadium. Any supporter found taking part in such action will be ejected from the ground and will face a club ban.

The Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium will be ready for Season Ticket collections from 10:00am on Thursday 9th July and from 9:00am on Friday 10 & Saturday 11th July.
