The club would like to take this opportunity to draw supporters attention to several Season Ticket guidelines that will be enforced for the 2009/10 season.

The guidelines will take affect from City's first Coca-Cola League 2 fixture at the Coral Windows Stadium against Port Vale on Saturday 15th August 2009 until the last against Northampton Town on Saturday 1st May 2010.

The only guideline that is exempt from this rule is in regards to the movement of a Season Ticket holders seat from one area of the ground to another.

Any Season Ticket holder wishing to change their seat(s) to another area of the ground for the remainder/rest of the season will be subject to a £15.00 administration charge per ticket from Saturday 18th July 2009 onwards.

Therefore any Season Ticket holder wanting to relocate their seat(s) are respectfully requested to do so by close of business on  Friday 17th July 2009 if they wish to avoid the administration charge.

The club has decided to delay bringing in the administration charge until the 18th July to give supporters a two week grace period to complete their seat relocations without cost.

The other guidelines, that will take affect from the start of Bradford City's Coca-Cola League 2 campaign, include:

Any supporter turning up to the Coral Windows Stadium without their Season Ticket for a home league fixture are asked to immediately go to the Ticket Office to purchase a new ticket for the relevant match. The ticket purchased at the Ticket Office will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

If a Season Ticket  holder has permanently lost or mis-placed their ticket then a new ticket can be allocated to them for the same seat upon payment of the full amount paid for their original ticket. If a supporter can confirm their ticket has been stolen, via the production of a criminal investigation number, then they will only be charged an administration fee (£15.00) rather than the full amount of the Season Ticket.

As per last season, supporters are respectfully asked not to request seat movements on the day of a home match day as this will again be prohibited.

The upgrading of a seat to a supporters suite (Bantams Bar, Hendrie or Patrons suite) will be subject to a £10.00 upgrade fee per adult and £5.00 per concession. The purchase of a ticket into a supporters suite acts as your acceptable to all the rules & regulation for the relevant bar, please ask at the Ticket Office if you are unsure of any rule or regulation before entry/purchase.

The club would also like to point out that racist, discriminatory and homophobic behaviour of any kind will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances at the Coral Windows Stadium.

Any supporter found to be taking part in such behaviour will be immediately escorted from the ground and will face a club ban indefinitely.
