Trials to be held for budding youngsters
Bradford City's youth department would like to announce that the club is to hold trials towards the end of July with the aim of unearthing talented youngsters from within the city.
The full week of trials are to be held with the particular emphasis being to encourage boys from the age of under 6's to under 16's from within the inner city areas of Bradford to fulfil their future dreams of playing for their home town team.
These particular trials will take on even more significance for any lucky participants involved because one youngster from each age group will be awarded a place and registered with the club's Centre of Excellence.
The Bantams youth department are extremely committed to tapping into all communities within Bradford and feel these trials are a perfect way to give many youngsters from across the city a chance to shine.
Centre of Excellence Manager Peter Horne echoes this sentiment saying: " We see these trials as a perfect way to try and find undiscovered youngsters.
"The city of Bradford is one of the largest multicultural cities in England and has a wide range of communities and cultures within its boundaries, it would be criminal if we didn't look at every avenue possible to give these boys a chance to join our ranks"
Peter Horne, skills coach Alan Nevison plus a team of other highly qualified coaches will be in attendance during the trials, which will take place at Goals Soccer Centre based at Hanson School.
The trials will take place between 10:00am - 3:00pm on:
