Good afternoon and warm welcome to the Coral Windows Stadium. I would like to also welcome the players, directors and staff from Dagenham and Redbridge that have made the long Journey up today.
Successful teams are built on a strong foundation and the ability to make their home venue a fortress. So far Peter has only conceded one goal at home and maintained an unbeaten record. Granted this is over three games at home, but the signs are encouraging and Rome wasn't built in a day.
Off the field we are progressing down the road with a number of projects to help generate new income for the club all of which is used to strengthen the playing budget. One of the projects is Bradford Recruitment Services ( In partnership with Kalcrest Recruitment) So if there are any companies out there that use temporary labour then please contact me at the club as this will benefit both your company and the club.
The other project is Bradford City Financial Services which will be launched very soon. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to review your financial needs and benefit the club at the same time. The services available range from Insurance, Accounting, Mortgages & Life Assurance to name a few along with the launch of a Bantams Saving Account.
So with this season drawing towards its final chapter how can we assess the mood. Probably frustrating, but we can be optimistic for next season. When you look around the football league and see some of the financial problems and constant changes in personnel in the boardrooms we can feel comfortable that throughout the club we have people who are totally committed to Bradford City and that long term success and stability are the key motivators for all. May I also say on a personal note that in the three years I have worked for the club it has been a real pleasure to work with two chairman that have very different qualities that they bring to the club but both are Bradford City through and through and that gives me comfort as a fan that the future is bright, the future is Claret and Amber.
