The football club would like to remind City Season Ticket and FlexiCard holders that they have until 7:00pm this Thursday to enjoy priority booking rights for npower League 2 Play-Off Final tickets.
After this period, tickets for the Wembley final will go on general sale to ALL City supporters from 9:00am on Friday (10 May 2013).
The League 2 Play-Off Final involving City and Northampton Town will be played on Saturday 18 May 2013, with a 1.30pm kick-off.
The turnaround for ticket sales is very tight and, given the experience of the Capital One Cup Final, the selling of tickets, including the fulfillment of ticket orders, will be dealt with by our ticket agency partner, Ticketzone.
Allocation and pricing
The club have an allocation of just over 39,000 tickets for the final.
Bradford City has again been allocated the West End of the stadium. The ticket prices are:

·Category 3 = £38
·Category 4 = £32
·Category 5 = £26
Half-price concessions are available in all areas for accompanied children 16 and under and senior citizens 60 years of age and over.

The Bradford City Ticket Office will again act as a help-zone and will deal with any enquiries for tickets over and above the maximum Ticketzone allocation of nine tickets per transaction along with enquiries for supporters with disabilities. Enquiries for the family section of Wembley Stadium (Blocks 137-140) will be dealt with by Ticketzone but only via the telephone service (i.e. not the on-line facility). Supporters should note that the tickets to be allocated to disabled supporters and those wanting more than 9 tickets have already been allocated to Bradford City. In other words, you are not be disadvantaged by not being able to get these tickets until Tuesday.
Service charges
Ticketzone will charge supporters a flat fee of £2.70 for each full price ticket and £1.60 for each ticket at the concessionary rate. In addition there will be a charge of £2.75 for postage and packing which includes delivery by Royal Mail “signed for “recorded delivery. This process helps to ensure safe arrival of the tickets and is a requirement of the terms and conditions of both Wembley Stadium and the Football League. The normal £2 transaction fee charged by Bradford City for on-line bookings will not apply to the Wembley tickets.
Priority tickets
Priority will be given to Season Ticket and FlexiCard holders for the first batch of ticket sales. Each card holder will be able to purchase a maximum of three tickets each. It will be possible to link a maximum of 3 Season Tickets/FlexiCards on each transaction, thereby giving a maximum of up to nine tickets that can be bought on-line or via the telephones in a single booking. Anyone who wishes to purchase 10 or more tickets in one batch will have to attend the Bantams Ticket Office, complete with documentation showing details for each ticket and provide photo-ID and a current utility bill for the lead purchaser. This requirement is, once again, to ensure the Club can comply with the terms and conditions of both Wembley Stadium and the Football League
General sales
The general sales process will commence at 9:00am on Friday 10 May 2013. Supporters will have the opportunity to purchase a maximum of six tickets again through Ticketzone. The Club reserves the right to reduce this allocation at any time with prior notice to ensure it can meet the demand for tickets.
Tickets will remain on sale through Ticketzone until stocks last or until Wednesday 15 May 2013 at 12noon.
