WE MUST TAKE IT ONE GAME AT A TIME

31 March 2015

Bantams boss Phil Parkinson insists he is looking no further than this Tuesday evening's match with Chesterfield at the Coral Windows Stadium.

City entertain Chesterfield at Valley Parade tonight knowing a win for either side in the rearranged Sky Bet League 1 fixture will put them into the Play-Offs places with roughly a month of the season still to go.

Following on from their win over Oldham Athletic last Saturday and with the extended Easter weekend just around the corner, the Bantams' encounter with Chesterfield is part of a run of four games in just ten days for Parkinson's men.

Parkinson said: "We can't do anything other than look at only the next game. Why would we do anything else?

"We can't look too far into the future - we must simply concentrate on preparing properly for this one (vs Chesterfield).

"Tuesday's match will be two good sides close together in the league going up against each other.

"It was a terrific game down at their place in December that was separated by a moment of magic from Billy Clarke.

"I expect this match to be no different - no quarter given.

"Two committed teams making it a tight game - we are looking forward to hosting them."
