Andrew Davies and Billy Knott move up from the bench and back into the side, while Mason Bennett is handed his debut following a hamstring injury picked up in training on Friday by Billy Clarke.
Gary Liddle returns to City's midfield after missing the Morecambe win to attend the birth of his first child. Jordan Pickford is also back in City's line up after being ineligible for the Morecambe tie.
With Alan Sheehan still in Ireland after the recent death of a close relative, James Meredith keeps his place at left back.
French defender Christopher Routis is on the bench after receiving international clearance on Friday.
