As a result, the game have been moved to a day earlier - Friday 11 April 2014 - and will now kick off at 7:45pm.
The fixture will be City's second visit to Rotherham this season following their F.A Cup first round encounter with Steve Evans' side back in November.
The match will also be the second Bradford fixture this season to be broadcast live on Sky Sports following City's thrilling 3-3 draw with Coventry City at the Coral Windows Stadium, also in the month of November.
Any tickets already purchased for the Rotherham fixture will remain valid, despite the change in match date.
