The football club can confirm that City's forthcoming Capital One Cup Round 2 tie at home to Leeds United will take place on Wednesday 27 August 2014.

The match at the Coral Windows Stadium will also be broadcast LIVE on Sky Sports television. The other second round tie chosen for television coverage is Milton Keynes Dons' home tie with Manchester United the night before.

The Bantams' match with their near neighbours will kick off at 7:45pm.

The game will be City's first televised match in the competition since making the final at Wembley Stadium against Swansea City back in February 2013. The club's previous home Capital One Cup tie in front of the Sky Sports cameras was the famous 3-1 victory over Aston Villa in the semi-final first leg.

Sky Sports' most recent visit to the Coral Windows Stadium came last October when their cameras captured City's thrilling 3-3 draw with Coventry City.
