A representative of the club will receive the award during the half-time interval of this Saturday's FA Cup Final between Arsenal and Aston Villa at Wembley Stadium.
Launched in the 2010/2011 season, The Ronnie Radford Award - named after the former Hereford United midfielder - honours the team who has produced the biggest cup upset during each campaign.
Radford, of course, netted a famous long-range strike for Hereford back in 1972 to help the Bulls pull off arguably one of the greatest F.A Cup shocks of all time by beating Newcastle United.
In front of 6,000 delirious visiting supporters, City, of course, amazingly came from two goals down at the home of the Premier League leaders to defeat Jose Mourinho's superstars 4-2 thanks to goals from Jon Stead, Filipe Morais, Andy Halliday and Mark Yeates.
The victory - arguably one of the greatest cup shocks of all time - meant City ended the season as the only team in all competitions to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
The award is the second honour the club has received in less than a week following their amazing 2014/2015 cup exploits after City chief Phil Parkinson was named FA Cup Manager of the Year on Tuesday by the LMA.
